Printer: EFI Vutek 5300

Material: 3M 180 with 8519 laminate

Whole Foods approached Point Imaging with a project that required very tight turnaround—four semi trucks for its Chicago distribution center needed to be wrapped and completed in four days.

Point Imaging was quick to agree and get to work on the project. The design for the trucks came directly from Whole Foods and was immediately put into production. The fleet wraps were produced on Point Imaging's Vutek 5300 on 3M 180 with 8519 laminate.

"There were 20 trucks that we had four days to complete the install," said Marco Perez, director of marketing. "It was late winter so we had to find an indoor facility. Our facility holds two full-sized semi's at once, so we had to sub-lease a pole barn in the area that could house four install teams at once."

"The Whole Foods truck program turned out great. The design has become one of the region's most well recognized fleet wraps. We are proud to have been part of such an attention getting and memorable fleet program," said Rob Traylor, senior account representative, Point Imaging.
