East Coast Media And The Printing Co. Merge
East Coast Media announced its merger with The Printing Co.
East Coast Media of Hillsborough, N.J. announced its merger with The Printing Co. of North Brunswick, N.J., effective Jan. 5. It will operate as East Coast Media LLC from its headquarters in Hillsborough.
The new, larger company will benefit its wide range of clients located throughout New York and New Jersey.
East Coast Media, celebrating its 10 year anniversary next month, has evolved to be the "go to" printing and marketing company in central New Jersey. More than a commercial and quick printer, East Coast Media offers many in-house services including large-format printing, mailing services, digital duplication, complete bindery, a fully staffed graphic and Web design team, and apparel and promotional products.
For more than 25 years, The Printing Co. has provided commercial printing services, promotional products, and forms. Al and Mike DeLuca will join East Coast as executive vice presidents.
With the larger staff and the addition of two business development executives, East Coast Media will continue to service and acquire new business clients throughout the area and explore strategic partnerships.
Andy Fresco, co-owner of East Coast Media, said, "Business was good for us in 2008. In this economy big and small, businesses are forced to make their marketing dollars go further. All of our capabilities help them do that."
According to Fresco, "This merger is a positive thing." Staffs from both companies are all remaining in place, and it is likely that they will look to hire additional production staff in the first quarter of 2009. "Both of our companies were strong before, and this merger will help increase our market share and provide better service and price. We are committed to being central New Jersey's premier business source and we have plans in the very near future to expand to a new, larger facility. We will continue to invest in staff, equipment, and technology."
East Coast Media LLC currently operates out of a 7,500-sq-ft plant just off Route 206, three miles south of the Somerville Circle.
