Priority Systems Acquired By Neopost USA

Prosperity Plus Management Consulting, Inc. has announced that Neopost USA has acquired Priority Systems Inc., a business communications and mailing equipment dealership in Pennsylvania. Prosperity Plus represented Andy Orons and Priority Systems throughout the transaction. Specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Up until the acquisition, Priority Systems was a privately owned supplier of equipment and software used to enhance business communications and logistical functions including those manufactured by Neopost. The company was founded in 1986 and was owned by Andy Orons, Priority's president. Orons will remain with the company and will be responsible for local operations.

"I seriously doubt whether this deal could have happened without him. I would highly recommend his services to anyone on either the buy or sell side of a similar business acquisition."
