This philosophy of support is evident in the company’s dedicated website specifically for its full-color products. Designated DFSfullcolor.com, the site provides resellers with lower prices and faster ordering than before, quick response and delivery, and easy, direct access to full color marketing materials, as well as design templates and archiving.
In 2015, DFS made news when it began selling an innovative email-able digital check, called eChecksPro. The product has been shown to save customers as much as one dollar per payment over paper checks and dramatically decrease the risk of fraud.
“It’s an important addition for our resellers,” said Collins at the launch. “With basically no added workload to their already busy days, eChecks helps them offer their customers a new way to pay bills. It also allows resellers to attract and retain more customers, provides a new revenue stream and helps them stay ahead of the competition.”
Also this year, DFS added the Signature Packaging line to help those resellers reach deeper into the retail markets. The line offers customizable shopper bags, boxes, tissue paper, gift wrap, ribbon and other accessories, and this year features a 56-page catalog, updated twice each year with new designs.
