Heytex Customer & Sales Service Structure Expanded in a Future-Oriented Way

With Katrin von Dreele as the new product manager and Arno Berling as the new customer & sales service manager, Heytex creates the basis for an efficient and growth oriented structure at its headquarters in Bramsche. Both individuals have already been part of the Heytex Bramsche team for years.

Since 2004, the graduate business economist Katrin von Dreele has been working with Heytex in Bramsche. After starting in the marketing department, she has been a member of the sales team since 2006, ultimately concentrating on product planning and product marketing tasks. Due to her long-standing experience, she took over the new position of product manager in March 2012.

In this position, Katrin von Dreele and her team, in close cooperation with the Heytex development department, are in charge of strategic planning of new products and further product developments, their marketing, customer and trade fair presentations, customer and product training as well as the implementation of project business. “I am very much looking forward to this important and responsible task. Establishing and expanding an independent department for product management is a clear indicator of the growing significance of this field in the framework of our long-term growth strategy," Katrin von Dreele sums up the challenges of her new position.

Her colleague, Arno Berling, 34 years old, had already previously taken over the new position as manager of the customer & sales service for the entire Heytex textiles range at the production sites Bramsche and Neugersdorf. The business economist (VWA) has been employed with Heytex since 2007, his last position being product group manager for digital print/sign. With this measure, Heytex intends to increase efficiency in sales activities. In addition, Arno Berling will also intensively deal with the strategic development of the customer portfolio, develop market guidelines for pricing in line with the market and further optimise distribution controlling. “Consequent further development and ensuring an efficient c service structure in a dynamic environment requires a high degree of flexibility. This is an exciting challenge that I gladly accept”, says Arno Berling who is looking forward to his new tasks.
