Kevin Britt Joins RTape

In August 2012, Kevin Britt joined RTape Corp. in South Plainfield, NJ as Regional Sales Manager for the northeastern US territory and eastern Canada. In his new position, Britt will support distributor sales efforts providing technical and sales training.

In the Graphic Arts industry, Kevin has significant hands-on experience with digital print equipment. Britt comes to RTape from Oce Display Graphics, where he sold UV and solvent inkjet printers, ranking #1 nationally in sales in 2011.

He has also worked for the Commercial Graphics Division of the 3M Company as a Digital Imaging Specialist. At 3M he sold and serviced wide-format digital imaging systems to screen printers, digital photo labs, reprographic firms and ad agencies. His experience at 3M also includes sales of equipment and vinyl films through the sign supply distribution channel. In working with distributors, Kevin developed and implemented training programs for their sales and customer service personnel. 

In addition to his strong technical background, Britt’s experience includes working for two major fleet and building graphics screen printers. At Lowen Color Graphics he sold corporate identity programs to major Fortune 100 clients. As VP of Business Development and Director of Sales at Modagrafics in Chicago, Britt managed major graphics programs for companies, such as BP/Amoco, Miller Brewing, Anheuser-Busch and Yellow Freight. 

Britt is a graduate of the New York Institute of Technology, earning BS degrees in Psychology and Business. He and his wife Carol have a son and a daughter. They currently reside in Hamburg, NJ, 50 miles northeast of New York City.
