With experience in defining new business opportunities and applications for consumer electronics, document solutions, and related services, Hayes has provided research and analysis for Adobe Systems, Canon, Eastman Kodak, Hewlett Packard, IBM, International Paper, Lexmark, Ricoh, Sony, Toshiba, Xerox and other industry leaders. Hayes has extensive experience conducting primary research on customer requirements, determining the market potential for new printing and imaging products, and managing large, research-intensive projects. Mr. Hayes graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts.
