Rena Systems has introduced RENA EasyInk Original Bulk, an ink for printing on coated paper. The ink was formulated to address issues with Versatile Black in its dry time and its short decap time. According to the company, the 400 ML capacity of this ink is 10 times more ink than a standard cartridge and it sells for less than half the price. The self-contained unit requires no priming or ink exposure and keeps nozzles open longer which cuts down on required maintenance steps.
