iJetColor NXT

The iJetColor NXT is the next generation in the iJetColor digital envelope press family. Similar to the original iJetColor, the iJetColor NXT is the industry’s only complete digital color print solution bundled with an the exclusive iJetColor color-matching RIP and workflow to print four-color envelopes, letterhead, and direct mail pieces at the industry’s fastest print speeds and lowest variable costs of any benchtop digital envelope printer. New to iJetColorNXT is a wider friction-fed system that feeds small envelopes sized 4” x 4” up to 10.5” x 17” sheets at thicknesses up to 3/8” to handle stuffed, bubble, manual, or corrugated media.  Powered by Memjet without heat or pressure, media passes under an 8.5” inkjet print head for full bleeds, fast variable data, and spot color-matching. The adjustable printhead system tolerates various envelope stocks, thicknesses, and media curls, improving productivity of the system.   Media ejects smoothly and cleanly at speeds up to 6,000 #10 envelopes per hour in landscape orientation and onto a high volume output shingler for true 500-in-500-out unattended production. The faster cleaning cycle and front-accessible maintenance and supply components allow for easy up-keep of the iJetColor NXT system.
