5th Color Kit

The Ricoh (Booth 1231) 5th Color Kit is a selling tool developed to empower commercial printers with practical samples that demonstrate the capabilities of the RICOH Pro C7100X series. It is a collection of five-color applications developed on the RICOH Pro C7100X that commercial printers can show their customers. These are produced on a wide variety of substrates including Cougar Smooth, Hazen Brilliance, Neenah SO...Silk and Mohawk Everyday Digital Coated Gloss stock.

These real-world applications – including tickets, fliers, badges and other documents commercial print customers often shop for – are bundled with step-by-step instructions for users looking to replicate them on InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, along with procedures and best practices for tasks like switching between white and clear toner. The 5th Color Kit is divided into customer-centric themes, such as “music venue” and “retail,” each containing examples of applications that businesses in those industries would leverage. Media samples in the kit include concert tickets, VIP passes, nail polish packaging, window decals, wedding invitations, cupcake boxes and high-end brochures printed on a wide variety of substrates.
