The new Xerox (Booth 613) FreeFlow Core Cloud is an extension of the current Xerox FreeFlow Core workflow automation platform, which introduced a new Xerox web-based workflow architecture designed for ease of use and ease of deployment. FreeFlow Core Cloud is an offering that is hosted by Xerox, using secure internet protocols for all communications. Xerox installs, manages and maintains the solution on behalf of customers. The cloud version broadens print providers’ choices on how their solutions are delivered, and makes it even easier to take advantage of workflow automation, allowing customers to automate their pre-press steps associated with printing files without enlisting IT professionals or dependency on hardware (servers).

The system’s easy-to-use, browser-based interface allows users to drag-and-drop preprogrammed icons to quickly build robust workflows. Customers simply log into their dedicated system and start building and using existing workflows to automate their print processes.

Combine the value of the cloud with the already best-in-class, ease-of-use of FreeFlow Core, and the barrier to entry for this automation platform couldn’t be any lower. The software comes preconfigured with presets and workflows covering the most common preflight profiles, imposition templates, PDF optimization profiles and image enhancement settings.
